These 'Terms of Service' operate in accordance with our 'Privacy Policy'. All of these terms and conditions apply to all people who visit the WashCar website and related websites, use the WashCar phone application or use the services provided by WashCar in any other way. WashCar purchase conditions have been confirmed and are valid from 01.01.2022.
WashCar is a car washing service that goes to the customer within a specific service area (or in other cities and countries) and washes cars both inside and outside in locations suitable for customers.
It is possible to order bonus services (i.e waxing, bitumen removal, etc.) in addition to the existing basic services (i.e external washing, internal washing, etc.).
Before submitting the booking, the customer is obliged to read the price list on the current website. The WashCar phone application always displays the latest price list immediately before placing an order.
WashCar reserves the full right to change the names, descriptions, structures, prices and other details of its services at any time.
All such changes are public and will be reflected on the WashCar website.
The ordering of bonus services is only together with the basic services, i.e it is not possible to order bonus services separately. There are also corresponding changes in price for car sizes and bonus services, the cost of which is up to WashCar to decide.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationship arising from the purchase of services on the WashCar website is governed by the local law of obligations, the Consumer Protection Act and other legislation.
We work with the WashCar team to offer you best services and develop our practices to provide you with a high-quality car cleaning. Our service is based on booking system and we perform car cleanings during the time when your car is not used, so that you could save time and work.
Entering information in the WashCar booking system or in the phone application is the same as 'Reservation' and will only be considered as an 'Order' or a 'Booking' after the request has been confirmed.
The booking is confirmed if the confirmation is sent via e-mail or is shown in the customer's phone application. The payment has to be made.
From the confirmation of the booking, all conditions of changing and canceling the WashCar booking apply to the customer and his order.
When confirming the booking, the customer automatically agrees to all other conditions related to the booking (including cancellation, payment, etc.).
Using WashCar booking systems is secure and safe, your personal data will not be used for activities other than those explained in WashCar's Privacy Policy.
Reservations can be submitted and confirmed via the website reservation system and the phone application.
Ignorance of the purchase conditions is not a ground for non-compliance with the said conditions.
Changing of location or service type.
If the customer wishes to change the location of service or the service itself, our support team must be contacted. If it is done in less than 60 minutes before service, full charge might still apply for the cancelled service.
If an interior cleaning has been booked, the client is responsible for granting the access to the car. If the car cleaner is not granted access to the car interior and thus is unable to clean it, WashCar retains the right to charge full price for the service.
The customer has the right to rebook his service at no extra charge by contacting WashCar at least 60 minutes before the service takes place.
Upon timely re-booking of the service, any bonus fees are not applied, customer's service is moved to the desired time and the re-booking is completed.
If the customer is late with the re-booking, a new service will be booked for the new desired time, but the customer will also be invoiced full charge for the previous service.
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation without any justification.
If the cancellation has been made at least 60 minutes before the service takes place, customer can get back the full service amount.
If an unexpected situation arises where it is not possible to provide the service to the customer at the booked time, we will contact the customer ourselves and offer a new time or other alternative.
Our car cleaner may be late to your location for various reasons not related to WashCar (for example, traffic). In this occasion, you can rebook or cancel your order free of charge, provided that the car cleaner is at least 20 minutes late. In the event of a delay of less than 20 minutes, the car cleaner will complete the work ordered and all other cancellation and rebooking conditions will still apply.
WashCar reserves the right to apply a discount on the invoice for a canceled booking.
• If the customer suddenly wishes to cancel the order during the already started service and according and during the time when the car cleaner is still completing the work, the customer will be invoiced for the full amount of the ordered services.
• If the end time of the order has not been exceeded, but the customer wishes to leave before the order is completed, WashCar has the right to issue an invoice with the full amount to the customer for the ordered services.
• Not showing up.
• If the customer is not at the agreed location at the time booked by him/her and the car to be serviced is not located in the immediate vicinity of the address, WashCar will contact the customer and wait for the customer. If the customer does not answer the phone and / or SMS, WashCar has the right to cancel the order 20 minutes after the scheduled start time of the order and invoice full charge of the service to the customer.
• If the customer's delay does not affect the timely arrival of the car cleaner to the next customer, the WashCar car cleaner will wait for the customer to arrive.
• If a customer's delay affects the timely arrival of the car cleaner to the next customer, WashCar may, with the customer's consent, make a package of services for a lesser time or move on to the next customer and then invoice for the booked services.
• WashCar will work to its best abilities to fulfill all orders to the extent confirmed in the booking.
In case of sudden changes, please contact our customer support team through our app.
If you have any questions regarding the service process or other issues, you can also contact the car cleaner directly during your order.
WashCar prides themselves on quality services and satisfied customers. We will be happy to hear from you if our service has been done well and you are satisfied with our work. Also, if you are not satisfied with any aspects of the work you ordered, feel free to let us know what details we missed and how we can evolve and change to better provide you with a clean car.
If the customer believes that work is done not accordingly to quality standarts, he/she can contact the support team and the case will be reviewed. If the claim will be found to be accurate, customer will get another car cleaning free of charge.
WashCar uses promo-codes, promotions, vouchers, coupons, flyers, gifts and other similar means ('Promotions') for marketing and promotional purposes.
The customer has the right to use promotional codes and other such marketing elements only to receive WashCar services.
Benefits cannot be withdrawn in cash.
WashCar has the right to issue benefits selectively (e.g to good customers).
WashCar reserves the right to terminate and cancel promotional codes, promotions and other such elements at any time, for which no public notice is required.
Discounts are valid only for the next purchase of WashCar services.
If the discount has not been used in accordance with these instructions, WashCar may refuse to grant the discount (including the expiration of the discount).
Maximum discount with the promo code is €2.50.
Valid benefits may only be granted by WashCar itself and by authorized persons and partners associated with WashCar.
WashCar is not responsible for providing benefits announced by third parties.
Sadly, it is not possible to control weather yet. However, Washcar has developed different cleaning methods for different weather conditions, thus we can assure you that your car will be well taken care of even in rainy weather.
You might want to check the weather forecast before confirming your booking.
As WashCar also ensures very good results in case of precipitation (rain, sleet, snow, etc.) then this does not change or shorten the conditions of cancellation, rebooking and other changes to the reservation.
Waxing can be quite difficult in certain weather conditions, especially during strong sunlight or heavy rain. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will offer alternative solutions (moving the car into a shade, delaying waxing until next time, rebooking the order, discount code etc.).
WashCar cannot be held responsible if, after the correct completion of the service, your car becomes dirty again for reasons beyond our control (the passing car splashes full, bird droppings, road dusting, etc.).
WashCar accepts payment through our website or app. Upon making a booking, the full charge of services is reserved from your bank account, but the payment itself is made only when the service is finished.
All the payments will be done using safe method - Payment Gateway Stripe with secure SSL connection.
After the service is done, all customers will be provided with an electronic invoice with all the details of the booking and payment within a maximum of 48 hours.
WashCar does not accept payment in cash as a method of payment.
If you wish, you can leave a tip to the car cleaner. Granting tips to car cleaners is a voluntary decision on the part of the customer and as such is not reflected separately on the invoice.
If you enjoy WashCar services, you can also help your friends and acquaintances get bonuses to their orders? You just have to get your unique promo code in the settings of your account, and share that with your friends. By entering that code, they will earn discounts on our services.
It is not possible to combine the earned discounts of different active campaigns.
In order to earn car cleaning credit, the second recommended person must order his / her first WashCar service using your promo code.
• Creating shadow accounts with false information and earning credit by cross-referencing between them;
• Placing incorrect orders and later canceling orders for the purpose of earning credit;
• Leverage existing WashCar members and customers through a variety of email addresses;
• Sending spam to people you do not know or using any kind of dishonest, illegal or forceful method;
• Use of information boards, public forums, websites of other companies, etc. to distribute your code;
• Subscribing to WashCar services using someone else's account;
• Inviting a fictitious person to WashCar, misusing third party data, identity theft or submitting any type of false or misleading information to WashCar;
• Use your code in a derogatory manner in WashCar;
• Share your code in violation of any WashCar security, privacy or purchase terms;
WashCar reserves the right to cancel or change all free washing credits and additional services (with prior notice).
If WashCar has discovered, in its sole discretion, that someone is in violation of the above rules, WashCar reserves the right to cancel all credits issued and/or decide unilaterally whether both the involved persons will be allowed to part of any such programs in the future.
More serious infringements and fraud can be followed by a claim for damages, which will be passed on to the relevant judicial authority if necessary.
WashCar is always doing their best to offer quality services. However, we also take full responsibility for the clearly visible damages caused to your car by any of our car cleaners or representatives. WashCar cannot be held liable for any damages discovered later that may have occurred due to the characteristics of the customer's car or for which WashCar had not been notified.
The customer is required to notify WashCar about any existing damage to his vehicle. In this way, WashCar can prevent the said damage from getting worse. If WashCar was not informed about the problem then we are not responsible for aggravating the damage.
If the customer's windscreen has been previously scratched or otherwise harmed and the customer does not indicate this, the WashCar cannot be held liable for any additional damage to the windscreen. The pressure, that the WashCar car cleaners use, is not too strong, but bigger cracks in the glass can cause the windshield to accumulate even more damage.
WashCar is not responsible for complaints that are or may be related to the non-ordering of necessary additional services (e.g bitumen removal). The WashCar car cleaner may recommend additional services to the customer, but if the customer refuses, WashCar will no longer be liable for damages caused by failure to perform this additional service. For example, there may be grains of sand inside bitumen that do not come off when performing regular exterior washing. If the customer refuses to add this service to their order, WashCar is not responsible for any possible scratches.
WashCar will only repair or pay for damages in full if the customer can prove that the damage was caused by WashCar or there is clear evidence of damages caused by WashCar. WashCar will not be liable for any damage for which there is no clear evidence. If necessary, WashCar may request a professional damage inspection.
The damage will be covered by WashCar if it is proven that it is clearly caused by WashCar. In this case, WashCar will only cover the damage specifically caused by WashCar. This means that the condition before the damage was done shall be restored, however, damages that already existed before will not be repaired. If the customer agrees, other alternatives may be offered to fix the problems.
